Sedona, 53 Single-Family Homes in a Well-Located Master Plan Community in Tulare, Calif.”

Local homebuilder San Joaquin Valley Homes is ready to start selling the first of 53 single-family homes at Sedona at Palo Verde, which is located within a master-planned community of 350 homes.

Prices will be released mid-March to homebuyers on the interest list, who will be the first to have the opportunity to select and reserve a lot. To join the interest list for Sedona, click here or call 559-687-8333.

Sedona features popular designs such as Craftsman, Mediterranean and Tuscan on spacious lots of up to 9,400 square feet. The first release will offer all five floor plans ranging from 1,574 to 2,314 square feet, giving homebuyers a wide range of choices to fit their lifestyles. Prices will start in the low $200,000s.

Once complete, the Palo Verde master plan is scheduled to include larger homes, a gated community and a new elementary school that will help build strong connections among its residents.

“Sedona presents people living in or moving to the San Joaquin Valley the perfect opportunity to secure a home early in what will become one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Tulare at an attractive price,” said Joe Leal, who co-founded SJV Homes three years ago with long-time development partners Jim Robinson and Randy Merrill.

At Sedona, homebuyers can choose among a variety of floorplans: three- to four-bedrooms with up to two-and-a-half baths, two- or three-car garages and flexible room options including dens and offices. All homes come with nine-foot ceilings, tile flooring and, in the kitchen, granite counters, islands with snack bar, and stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.

“Our team worked together as a builder on the Del Lago development, a highly desirable master plan community in Tulare,” Robinson added. “We intend to bring the same community focus, quality of homes and attention to detail to Sedona at Palo Verde, the newest master plan in the city.”

Located at the northeast corner of N. Mooney Blvd and Seminole Ave., the community is close to major employers and shopping at the popular Tulare Outlet Center. It is close to Visalia Municipal Airport, 20 minutes from the Hanford Amtrak and less than an hour from Fresno Yosemite International Airport. Sequoia National Park is close enough for a day trip.

The northwest border of Palo Verde is adjacent to the Santa Fe Trail, a five-mile path through Tulare with trees and landscaping, separate biking and equestrian components, trail lighting in the central business area, and multiple rest stops, featuring benches and drinking fountains.
