San Joaquin Valley Homes has officially opened its latest Central Valley neighborhood – Sorrento at Del Lago in Tulare on Oct. 30.
Sorrento at Del Lago features modern designs, family-oriented amenities and is in close proximity to shopping, schools and recreation areas.
The neighborhood is located off Mooney Boulevard and Cartmill Avenue and is part of an area known for its welcoming atmosphere. Del Lago Park, a 30-acre destination featuring a lake for fishing, lighted walking paths, picnic shelters, sports courts and a water play area, sits in the middle of the community.
The two-story homes at Sorrento are designed with flexibility for today’s families, ranging from 1,494 to 2,290 square feet with two to five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. Select floorplans include home offices, while Multi-Gen options on corner lots accommodate extended family living.
Built by Visalia-based San Joaquin Valley Homes, Sorrento continues the builder’s tradition of delivering communities across the Central Valley.
Earlier this month, SJV Homes celebrated the grand opening of its Blossom Hill and Somerset neighborhoods in Sanger, adding more than 350 new single-family homes to the region.
