Grand opening for a new community in southwest Visalia on Oct. 11 gives future homeowners a chance to scope out the neighborhood
VISALIA - San Joaquin Valley Homes is inviting the public to the grand opening of Andalusia, its newest single-family home community in southwest Visalia.
On Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the grand-opening event put on by SJV Homes will feature model home tours, free tacos and cookies, prize giveaways and on-site lenders that are ready to assist future homeowners, according to the announcement.
Located off of Roeben Avenue near Tulare Avenue, prices will be starting at exactly $469,000 and will offer modern designs, flexible floor plans all in a prime location ideal for families, commuters, and first-time buyers.
