Blossom Hill and Somerset Will Offer a Total of 351 New Single-Family Homes

SANGER, Calif. – October 16, 2025 –  Local builder San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) will open for two new neighborhoods – Blossom Hill and Somerset - bringing a total of 351 new single-family homes to the area. This marks the company’s first time building in Sanger, offering an exciting opportunity for families and individuals to become homeowners in this growing community.

The communities are located on North Avenue and Bethel Ave., just a short 25 minutes to Fresno. Not only is Sanger known for its local wineries, but its short commute to Fresno provides convenient access to a wide range of employment opportunities in the Fresno and Clovis area.

The Grand Opening Event will be held on Saturday, October 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., inviting guests to explore six beautifully decorated model homes featuring floor plans designed for modern living. Attendees can enjoy lunch catered by Tacos Las Salsas, refreshments from Jitter’s Coffee Truck, and enter drawings for prizes including a Blackstone grill, Alexa Show, large-screen TV, and gift cards. Exclusive buyer incentives will be offered on the first homesites released, and on-site lenders will be available to answer financing questions and assist prospective buyers throughout the event.
