VISALIA, Calif. – May 5, 2026 – San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) has been recognized as one of the nation’s most active homebuilders, ranking No. 94 on the prestigious Builder 100 List with 553 homes closed and $250 million in annual revenue in 2025.

This marks the eighth year that California’s Central Valley-based homebuilder San Joaquin Valley Homes has appeared on Builder magazine’s list, which is largely dominated by major private and public builders.

Sales have remained steady across the builder’s 14 new home communities, despite market uncertainty and persistently elevated mortgage rates.

Each year, Builder magazine ranks the top 100 homebuilding companies in the United States based on the number of homes closed in the previous year. Companies ranked 101 to 200 are recognized on the Builder Next 100 List.

2019: No. 103 on the BUILDER Next 100 list, with 391 homes closed

2020: No. 94 on the BUILDER 100 list, with 465 homes closed

2021: No. 110 on the BUILDER Next 100 list, with 513 homes closed

2022: No. 118 on the BUILDER Next 100 list, with 449 homes closed

2023: No. 94 on the BUILDER 100 list, with 618 homes closed

2024: No. 95 on the BUILDER 100 list, with 549 homes closed

2025: No. 97 on the BUILDER 100 list, with 552 homes closed

2026: No. 94 on the BUILDER 100 list, with 553 homes closed
