Assistant Sales Manager
San Joaquin Valley Homes, a fast paced, rapidly growing company in the Visalia area is seeking a full-time assistant sales manager. This position is responsible for assisting the VP of Sales with various administrative, sales, and marketing tasks. Assisting with training and coaching of New Home Sales Specialists. Assisting with marketing strategies, programs and initiatives. Ensures compliance with Department of Real Estate rules and regulations. Requires daily travel to active selling communities and competition.
This is an outline of the basic tasks and requirements for the position. It is not a comprehensive listing of all job duties for the associate.

Education and Experience Requirements:
· Previous New Home Sales experience preferred
· High school diploma/GED required
· College education preferred.
· Must have a valid Department of Real Estate Sales License; Broker's License a plus
· 3-5 years in residential sales and/or sales management
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with associates, public relations, and homeowners.
· Must present a professional public image.
· Must have ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines.
· Advanced computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel.
· Valid, unrestricted Motor Vehicle License.
· Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity.
· Strong management and motivational skills.

Part-Time Receptionist
San Joaquin Valley Homes, a fast paced, rapidly growing company in the Visalia area is seeking a part- time receptionist from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Duties:
• Front and Phone reception
• Minor clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Reliable work ethic and pleasant outgoing demeanor

Preferred Experience:
• 1-2 years office experience
• Bi-lingual

Salary:
$12-$16 per hour DOE

Land Development Project Manager
San Joaquin Valley Homes, the fastest growing new homebuilder in the Central Valley, is seeking a Land Development Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years' previous land development and entitlement experience. SJV Homes offers competitive salary and excellent benefit packages including 401k.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with primary engineers and other consultants
• Coordinate with municipal staffs
• Create and manage development schedules
• Analyze developed and undeveloped properties for acquisitions
• Plan and direct entitlements schedules
• Manage and monitor budgets

Education and Experience Requirements:
• B.S. in Engineering preferred
• Minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary:
$75,000-$95,000 plus bonus DOE

Purchasing Coordinator/Assistant
San Joaquin Valley Homes, the fastest growing new homebuilder in the Central Valley, is seeking a Purchasing Assistant/Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of Subcontractor management
• Forecast, maintain, and prepare preliminary and final direct construction budgets
• Ensure invoice accuracy with accounting
• Problem solving and appropriate cost coding within multiple projects
• Permit processing, tracking, and related tasks
• Maintain project plans in current and correct form, as per our server, our reprographic company, and our drop box exchange

Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand blueprints, scopes of work, payment documents, purchase orders and invoices
• Must be able to prioritize work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with IBS - Integrated Builder Series (Pharaoh), Hyphen Solutions/Build Pro, and Sage 300 (formerly Timberline), accounting Software/or similar is preferred

Salary:
$45,000-$55,000 DOE plus benefits
