Assistant Sales Manager
San Joaquin Valley Homes, a fast paced, rapidly growing company in the Visalia area is seeking a full-time assistant sales manager. This position is responsible for assisting the VP of Sales with various administrative, sales, and marketing tasks. Assisting with training and coaching of Sales Agents. Assisting with marketing strategies, programs and initiatives. Requires some daily travel to active selling communities and competition.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists with training of Sales Agents.
• Attend and facilitate Team Meetings.
• Assisting the Escrow Manager with escrow tracking. Help resolve escrow and closing issues between any parties.
• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing regular shops of Sales Agents to improve performance.
• Monitor onsite signage and provide input for ongoing advertising, and promotional needs.
• Monitor competition in each market where we sell homes.
• Monitor required reports from the sales team.
• Attend promotional events in communities where we sell homes.
• Inform Sales Manager of changes, potential issues and outstanding areas of concern.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Previous new home sales experience preferred
• College education preferred.
• Must have a valid Department of Real Estate Sales License; Broker's License a plus
• 3-5 years in residential sales and/or sales management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must present a professional image at all times.
• Must have ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Motor Vehicle License.
• Strong management and motivational skills desired.

$70,000-$90,000 DOE plus benefits

Land Development Project Manager

Education and Experience Requirements:
• B.S. in Engineering preferred
• Minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

$75,000-$95,000 plus bonus DOE
