VISALIA, Calif. – San Joaquin Valley Homes recently announced all 95 homes have sold at San Marino, a 14-acre community in the highly desirable northwest area of Visalia.

Local Homebuilder Plans to Open Five New Communities in 2018 

VISALIA, Calif.San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) had another successful year in 2017, selling 349 homes and opening three new communities. The locally based homebuilder, which celebrated its fourth year in business last July, recently achieved the milestone of closing on its 1,000th home.

SJV Homes was the second busiest homebuilder in the entire Valley last year, with more building permits pulled than its competitors except Lennar. Most of these homes were constructed in Tulare County, where SJV Homes has long been the dominant builder. In 2017, the company also topped the list in King County with permits issued for 70 new single-family homes, according to data provided by the Construction Monitor, which tracks public building records nationwide. VISALIA, Calif.San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) closed on its 1,000th home on December 29, 2017, at Pine River Estates in Visalia.

Nora Garcia, Celedonio Jimenez and their four children bought the 1,000th home, which was also the last to close in 2017. SJVH, a Visalia-based homebuilder, presented the family with a $1,000 check, a gas barbecue, a $200 Lowes gift card, a $200 Quality Meat gift certificate and a backyard fire pit donated by Lowes.

“We’re thrilled our 1,000th home closing is in our hometown of Visalia,” said SJVH marketing director Lissa Walker. “SJV Homes closed on 323 homes in 2017, and we look forward to beating that record and getting more families into quality homes in the coming year.”

Entry-Level Community Expected to Open for Sale in the Spring of 2018

Construction on model homes is scheduled to begin in January 2018, and the neighborhood is expected to be open for sale next spring. The retail value of this project is estimated to exceed $30 million.

Lucky Couple from Maryland Lands the Last Model Home Available at Hartley Grove in Hanford

HANFORD, Calif. – As San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) celebrates its fourth anniversary in business this year, the busiest homebuilder in the valley is pleased to announce it has sold its 1,000th home.

The buyers are Kyle and Laura Parker, along with their yellow Labrador Toby, who moved to the San Joaquin Valley from Maryland earlier this year. Their new home is at the popular Hartley Grove neighborhood in Hanford, Calif.
